Documents Storage

❑ FDS keeps documents, including legal documents and accounting books, with a reasonable cost at a storage center where

　temperature and humidity are well controlled.
❑ Documents contained in dedicated boxes are kept in the rack tidily with a tight security.
❑ Our storage service has been accredited as an excellent “trunk room”, the warehouse for goods and chattels,

    No.344 by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportation and Tourism(MLIT).

Magnetic Media Storage

❍ FDS keeps optical and magnetic recording media including CD, DAT, Microfilm and M/T at a shielded

    storage center where temperature, humidity and dust are well controlled.

❍ Magnetic Media contained in dedicated boxes are kept in the rack tidily with a tight security.
❍ Our storage service has been accredited as an excellent “trunk room”, the warehouse for goods and chattels,

    No.344 by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transportation and Tourism(MLIT).

Delivery Service
Collection and Deliver

❍ FDS trucks for collection and delivery is specially equipped to sustain clients’ confidentiality and to keep the

    standard of adiabatic transport.
❍ Each vehicle is equipped with GPS system, which enables us to detect and follow up the truck in case of emergency.

❍ Antitheft security system is also installed to avert the car from starting without a seated FDS driver.
❍ Air-conditioned chamber helps to keep ambient temperature at 20 degree C (best effort).

Timeframe of Collection and Delivery

❑ Collection and delivery is available during business hours (9am-5pm, Mon.-Fri).

    Special service for collection and delivery is available for 24hr and 365 days on a request basis (at an extra cost).
❑ Time required for emergency collection and delivery at/to the central of Tokyo is 2hours and over.

Location

❍ FDS Center is located on the bedrock of Chichibu-Paleozoic Strata, which makes it possible for our center to be earthquake-proof

    facility.
❍ Location of storage center is more than 60km away from the central of Tokyo*.

    It will take 2 hours and over for collection or delivery (one way) between FDS storage center and Tokyo.
* (Note: According to the instruction manual of safety measures for computer system published by The Center For Financial Industry

    Information Systems, distance more than 60km away from the central of Tokyo is necessary for safety of storage center).

Features

❑ Storage center is a quakeproof, firesafe and secure building and is kept with good conditions for documents and Magnetic Media.
❑ Storage area is equipped with a special fire-extinguisher system, which release Halogen gas in case of fire.

Security

❍ Access to Storage center is strictly controlled with fingerprint system. Unauthorized person can not enter.
❍ Our Storage Center has been under 24-hour video surveillance by the Best Attack System, Which is capable to catch, intimidate and

    prevent the act of crime.

Reference room

❑ Reference room is equipped in Storage Center and available for clients to check and/or read the documents.
